While it’s been reported that District 6 Councilwoman Lindsay Webb missed yesterday’s special council meeting and was not in attendance for yesterday’s City Council Agenda Review, I think she has probably one of the most valid reasons in the world for not being in Council chambers.

I saw the coverage of this last night on Fox Toledo. They updated last night with the letter from Kroger.
