Big news today concerning One SeaGate?

The Mayor hinted this morning while talking to Tom Watkins that there would be news this afternoon. I later heard there was a press conference scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
WTVG is reporting this has to do with One Seagate and it appears that Fifth Third Bank might be announcing some news related to that…More as I hear it.
WTOL confirms the speculation, as does NBC24.

It’s official, it is according to WTVG:
The RVI Group and Fifth Third Bank jointly announced today that Fifth Third Bank (Northwestern Ohio) has a signed letter of intent to lease space at One SeaGate, the former Owens-Illinois corporate headquarters. The building will be known as “Fifth Third Center at One SeaGate.”
