LCIC Hires Matt Sapara As Permanent Executive Director
Toledo, Ohio – The Lucas County Improvement Corporation (LCIC)’s Board of Directors voted unanimously this afternoon to hire Matt Sapara as its permanent Executive Director.
The Board authorized its President, Joe Zerbey, to negotiate an employment contract, including salary, with Mr. Sapara, who is currently serving as the Interim Executive Director of the agency.
“Over the last year, Matt Sapara has shown this community how instrumental the LCIC can be for job creation and economic development,” said Mr. Zerbey. “Mr. Sapara is, first and foremost, a jobs professional and we’re confident in his leadership of this important organization.”

Uh oh!!!! Expect a news release from Mr. Ben Konop and media coverage within the next 24 hours because he’s gonna go ape sh*t on this.
